Campbell's Moving Out!

Dustin and Chelsea's girls have a little playhouse in their backyard, and Campbell loves it. So, for her birthday, we decided to get her one. David and Natalie came down and helped me put it together in the evening, and we had a hard time getting her to come in to go to bed. When she woke up, the first thing she said was, "House. Outside. Let's go!" We couldn't even get her to put on clothes. Once she was there, she asked for blueberries (baybears) and milk for breakfast, which she ate at the little table in the house.

Campbell the Chair Builder

For some reason, one of Campbell's favorite things to do is to build chairs with these giant Legos she has and then sit on them. This time she made one for her bear too. She say down and folded her arms. Not sure if it was because there wasn't very much space on the chair or the sense of accomplishment she felt.

Campbell Finds Nemo

A few months back, Campbell and I tried to go see a Disney nature movie in the theater. We made it through the previews and about 5 minutes before she started losing interest. We ended up leaving.

I'd seen her saying "Whoa!" recently when the Finding Nemo re-release trailers were on tv, so I thought we'd try again. She was a CHAMP! She made it through the pre-previews, SIX previews, AND the whole movie without hardly a move. She was entranced. Oddly enough, I'd actually never seen the movie either. Such a fun experience to be there with her.
